The only candidate with experience inside City Hall’s Finance department.
I know how it works & how it should work. We’ll cut the waste on EDI ideology & excessive grants.

Residents now hate taking public transit. It’s dirty & unsafe.
Governments convinced you to take transit & made it undesirable.
Add police patrols on transit, & watch things change.

More of the Federal Foreign Aid budget should go to our cities.
Property taxes are up while the Feds spend $13 billion overseas. We’ll pressure the Feds to fix this & avoid more tax hikes.

Get the police walking streets, visiting local businesses, patrolling transit. Increase visibility of police.
Residents are afraid of home invasions, carjackings & extortion is on the rise.
We’ll start a job board & food bank for Ward 7 residents only.
Joel Binda is one of the few candidates who grew up in Ward 7 & lives in Ward 7.
I’m going to make an Ontario association of common sense municipal leaders. Elected councillors & mayors, opposed to federal left-wing dogma & willing to speak out.
We’ll press the federal government to stop releasing criminals & more controls on immigration. We’ll get more of the foreign aid budget reallocated to cities in Canada. This will avoid more property tax hikes.

$12 Billion gets sent overseas in foreign aid while cities are unfunded, raising property taxes every year.
The Feds should fund Canadian cities instead of foreign aid, so property taxes stop increasing.
We’ll cut the waste at City Hall: excessive grants & EDI ideology. We need an independent Auditor General.
Joel Binda is the only candidate with actual plans & not just slogans. The only one endorsed by PropertyTax.ca

I’m the only candidate opposed to Equity (EDI/DEI) ideology now embedded in City Hall.
A neo-racist ideology that pits groups against each other. We need to stop Equity & bring back Equality. ‘Equity’ is the opposite of Equality.
While Equality sets the same rules and standards for everyone, Equity adapts different rules for different groups of people. The definition of racism. This is creating a disaster for a City as diverse as Mississauga.
EDI also infantilizes minorities & women, calling them “equity deserving groups”. Who decides inclusion in this group?
Much of the City’s EDI language is purposefully vague and lacks meaning. What does the City mean by applying an “Equity-based intersectional lens” in all City practices? What are By-Law “Equity Impact Assessments”?
This is corporate jargon, a City Hall run by consultants.
